Our purpose
Monetrivo creates educational content for people researching personal loans, debt consolidation, credit, and other borrowing decisions. Our goal is to explain costs, terminology, alternatives, and risks in plain language.
Content is general information. It is not individualized financial, legal, tax, or credit advice.
Who creates the content
Monetrivo is founded and edited by Nick Christian. Author and update information is displayed on guide pages when practical.
We do not claim professional licenses or credentials that we do not hold. Subject-matter review may be added when a topic requires specialized expertise.
01Original work
Articles should add clear explanations, practical questions, and comparison context rather than repeat promotional copy.
02Primary-source preference
Research should favor official disclosures, regulators, product terms, and other first-party materials.
03Plain-language review
Technical terms should be defined and important limitations should not be hidden in fine print.
Independence from advertisers
Advertisers and prospective partners do not receive the right to approve our educational conclusions. Paid relationships may affect future placement or availability, but sponsored content and links will be identified.
Monetrivo currently does not display paid lender placements.
Accuracy and limitations
We aim to distinguish general education from product-specific facts and to avoid guarantees about approval, rates, savings, or funding speed.
Because financial products change, readers should confirm current rates, fees, eligibility, and terms directly with a provider.
Updates
Content is reviewed when we identify a meaningful change, a reader flags an issue, or the topic is scheduled for maintenance. An updated date does not mean every linked third-party page was reviewed that same day.
Corrections and feedback
We welcome specific, evidence-based corrections. Email hello@monetrivo.com with the page URL, the statement in question, and a supporting source when available.
Material corrections will be made as promptly as practical.
